For phone ordering, continue through the online checkout process and select "Phone Ordering" for payment method. Shipping & Handling
All orders are processed within 5 business days, plus delivery time. If you need your print(s) shipped by a certain date, please let us know.
Orders are shipped throughout the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 1-3 days. Cost for shipping one print is $10.00, additional prints are $2.00 each. Delivery time is dependent upon your location with the continental US. Please contact us for pricing on expedited shipping and shipping to Alaska/Hawaii or international locations.
Wollman's Classics will do everything they can to meet its customers' requirements. With that said, Wollman's Classics cannot be responsible for shipping delays, regardless of their cause.
Wollman's Classics is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. You must file all claims for damage that occurred during transit with the shipping carrier involved. We will be happy to assist you in any way if any damage occurs.
Returns and Cancellations
Wollman's Classics cannot change or cancel an order once itís being processed for delivery until the customer receives the print(s). Orders may not be cancelled without the consent of Wollman's Classics, and cancellations or changes will not be accepted if the print(s) has been shipped in compliance with customers' original order.
All returns are for store credit only, unless missing at time of receipt at which time the original item will be replaced. Customer must examine all print(s) bought from the site for any damage at time of receipt. If any item is missing, customer must contact Wollman's Classics within five (5) working days. Wollman's Classics will not consider any claim for missing items after five (5) working days from date of delivery.
All returned items must be in original condition, in the original packaging and be returned within 30 days of receipt. Print(s) must be returned with shipping pre-paid. If the returned item(s) do not meet these requirements, request for replacement or credit will not be approved, and the customer will be responsible for retrieving returned item(s) at their expense.
